Course inquiries and updates
When you join our interest list, we collect your name, email address, course interest, and optional phone number, along with when you agreed to be contacted.
We use this information to manage inquiries and contact you about course availability and enrollment. Providing a phone number is optional. Joining the list does not enroll you in a course or reserve a seat.
Your submission is processed by FormSubmit and delivered to our support inbox, hosted in Google Workspace. FormSubmit says it retains form submissions for 30 days to support delivery and recovery. Its spam checks may use Google reCAPTCHA. Your submission is not displayed publicly. You can read FormSubmit’s privacy terms.
We keep your details while we manage your inquiry and relevant course updates, unless you request removal or retention is needed to meet applicable obligations. To request access, correction, or removal, contact support@midstreammaritime.com.
Please do not submit payment details, identification documents, or sensitive credential information through this form.
